| Description |
This course stresses the priority of breastfeeding for the entire WIC staff. Going beyond the "Grow and Glow," this course identifies what staff needs to know to be able to effectively help moms choose and continue to exclusively breastfeed including how to approach mothers and address their needs. Using scenarios and role play plays of real life situations, workshop activities will help staff feel comfortable with promoting, educating and supporting breastfeeding for all mothers and babies. |
