System Administration Cornerstone

Target Audience Supervisors, local liaisons, and/or other designated personnel who are responsible for the maintenance of the Cornerstone software system.

Class Times 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Description Purpose: To provide software and appropriate policy and procedural instruction for each IDHS Program using Cornerstone to ensure that local service providers have the knowledge and skills required to meet program standards.

This training will provide a “hands-on” approach to administrative processes within the Cornerstone software system. The course includes: Provider Maintenance, Biologic Inventory, Clinic Schedules, Employee Information, Screen Security, Beginning and End of Day Procedures, Administrative Reports, Caseload Reassignment, and Locking and Unlocking Food Instruments.

Performance Objectives Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
  • Identify technical environment for Cornerstone software
  • Perform functions associated with administrative processes within Cornerstone
  • Generate and explain administrative reports
  • Identify and understand Local Liaison role within Cornerstone
