WIC Works Resource System (wicworks.fns.usda.gov):  The WIC Works Resource System is an online education and training center for staff of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC).

Kids Eat Right (eatright.org/kids)  scientifically-based health and nutrition information backed by the expertise of nutrition professionals (initiative through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics).

Ellyn Satter Associates (https://www.ellynsatterinstitute.org):  books teaching and training materials on feeding a healthy family, including the division of responsibility in feeding children.
