Empowering Communities. Changing Lives.

Our life changing work in urban communities includes job training, computer literacy, economic development, health, and youth initiatives.

Join us for our 100th anniversary dinner celebration on September 12th, 2026!

Since its inception in the 1950s, the G.B. Winston Scholarship has stood as a beacon of hope and opportunity for the youth of Sangamon County.

Established in 1926, the Springfield Urban League Inc. is a human service corporation and direct service organization that serves over 25,000 people each year in urban communities through job training, computer literacy, economic development, health, and youth initiatives.
