100% Graduation Rate, 100% College Bound

This week, the Springfield Urban League proudly celebrated a major milestone: the graduation of our Project Ready Mentor Program seniors—a remarkable group of students who have journeyed with us for up to four transformative years.

Through this program, these scholars have done far more than excel academically. They’ve explored career opportunities, toured Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), built emotional intelligence, and confronted real-world challenges head-on. Their growth, leadership, and perseverance have left a lasting mark on our organization and their community.

We are especially proud to announce that the Project Ready Class of 2025 achieved a 100% graduation rate—and every senior is officially college-bound this fall. This accomplishment is a testament not only to the students’ resilience and dedication, but also to the commitment of their families, mentors, and our broader community.
