Smile Check! Springfield Urban League's Head Start Children Receive Free Dental Screenings

Today, bright smiles lit up the Springfield Urban League's Head Start Program as children received free, on-site dental checkups—all thanks to the caring team from Orland Park Dental Services (OPDS). Known for their expertise and compassion, the OPDS staff transformed what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into a fun, positive, and confidence-boosting visit for our little learners.

From the moment the OPDS team arrived, their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression. Their kid-friendly approach helped ease nerves and encouraged healthy curiosity as they guided each child through the checkup process. Laughter, learning, and lots of big smiles filled the room as children received personalized care and encouragement to keep their teeth strong and clean.
