College Readiness With ISAC

The Springfield Urban League and the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) have joined forces to support college readiness for high school juniors and seniors in Springfield. Through a series of workshops, ISAC has provided students with crucial insights on topics like How to Pay for College, FAFSA completion, and scholarship opportunities, helping students overcome common challenges and maximize their financial aid options for a more affordable college experience.

This collaboration aligns with the Springfield Urban League’s mission to empower young people with the resources they need to succeed. With ISAC’s expert guidance, students are better equipped to navigate the college application process and reduce financial barriers, ultimately strengthening their college applications and creating pathways for future academic and personal growth.
